Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 19, 2026

Nailed It Learning ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using naileditlearning.com (the "Site") or submitting your email address through our digital answer key pages, you agree to the practices described below.

1. What We Collect

We keep things simple. The only personal information we collect directly from you is:

  • Your email address, which you voluntarily provide when requesting a digital answer key or printable resource.

When you submit your email, we also automatically log a small amount of associated information to help us deliver the right materials and protect against abuse:

  • The specific workbook or product the request is associated with (e.g., "Multiplication 13–15s")
  • The date and time of your submission
  • Your IP address, used for security, rate limiting, and fraud prevention

We do not collect names, mailing addresses, phone numbers, payment information, or any sensitive personal data through this Site. Workbook purchases happen on Amazon, which has its own separate privacy policy that governs that transaction.

2. How We Use Your Email

We use your email address for two purposes:

a) To deliver what you requested. When you submit your email on a digital answer key page, we email you the printable answer key or other resource tied to your purchased workbook.

b) To send you marketing emails about Nailed It Learning. This includes announcements about newly released workbooks, new product lines, educational tips, occasional promotions, and updates from our team. By submitting your email, you are opting in to receive these messages.

We will never use your email for purposes outside of these two categories without asking you first.

3. Your Control Over Marketing Emails

You are always in control. Every marketing email we send includes a clear unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it removes you from our marketing list immediately. You can also email us directly (see Section 11) to request removal.

Note that even after you unsubscribe from marketing, we may retain a record of your original submission for our business records and to honor your unsubscribe request going forward.

4. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your email and associated submission data are stored in a secure database protected by industry-standard practices, including:

  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and encryption at rest
  • Restricted access — only authorized Nailed It Learning personnel can view stored data
  • Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards against unauthorized access

No system is 100% secure, but we take protecting your information seriously and continuously work to maintain appropriate safeguards.

5. Who We Share It With

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Full stop.

We only share your information in these limited situations:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Site and send emails (for example, our email delivery service and database host). These providers are contractually required to use your information only to provide services to us and to keep it confidential.
  • Legal requirements, such as responding to a valid subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of Nailed It Learning, our customers, or the public.
  • Business transfers, such as if Nailed It Learning is acquired by or merged with another company. In that case, we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have specific legal rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

  • Access the information we have about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your information ("right to be forgotten")
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Object to or restrict certain uses of your information

This includes rights granted under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email in Section 11. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

7. Children's Privacy

Nailed It Learning workbooks are designed to help children learn, but our Site and email collection are intended for use by parents, guardians, and educators — not by children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted their email address to us, please contact us right away and we will promptly delete it.

8. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as pixels, tags, and local storage) to help our Site function, understand how visitors use it, and improve the experience over time. We may also use these technologies to support advertising and remarketing.

Types of cookies and tracking we may use:

  • Essential cookies that are necessary for the Site to function, such as remembering that you've submitted your email so we can display the right content.
  • Analytics tools that help us understand how visitors interact with our Site, what's working, and what could be improved. This may include tools like Microsoft Clarity (which provides session recordings, heatmaps, and behavioral analytics) and Google Analytics (which provides aggregate traffic and engagement data).
  • Advertising and remarketing tools that allow us to show ads for Nailed It Learning products on other websites and platforms to people who have visited our Site. This may include tools like Google Ads and similar advertising networks. These tools may use cookies or pixels to recognize your device across sites so we can show you relevant ads about our workbooks and new releases.

What this means for your information:

Some of these third-party services collect information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, time spent on pages, mouse movements and clicks (in the case of session-recording tools), and referring URLs. This information is generally used in aggregated or pseudonymized form and is governed by the privacy policies of the providers themselves. You can review their practices here:

Your choices:

You can control cookies and tracking through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting cookies at any time. Most browsers also allow you to enable "Do Not Track" signals, though there is not yet a uniform industry standard for how sites must respond. You can also opt out of personalized advertising through industry tools such as:

Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the Site function, but essential features like submitting your email and accessing your digital answer key will continue to work.

9. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your email address and associated submission data for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide the service you requested and to send you marketing emails you've opted into. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we will remove your information from our active marketing systems, retaining only what is necessary to honor your request or comply with legal obligations.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our practices or applicable laws change. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also notify you by email. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
